Does "He'll be leaving work." mean that he will be in front of company at the time?

There's not much difference. They both say that he's going to leave work.
They both mean he's going to leave work, but he hasn't left yet.

In addition to what teresina said, the second sentence makes me feel like he will leave soon while the first sentence the time in unknown.
