They all work. I don't agree with @ifa30 - "Do you know Son" sounds like "do you know him personally?"

@CocoPop Yeah I actually wanted to ask that one. Because I heard that 'Do you know someone?' is used when I wanna ask that person if he or she knows someone personally

@hk0520 Absolutely. You CAN use it to ask if someone know about someone or something, but it is not the most natural way to ask this (despite what IFA says!) The best way to ask is HAVE YOU HEARD OF and ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH.
