They all mean the same thing, yes. 2 and 3 are more natural than 1, but all of them are pretty natural.

2 and 3, 1 is also good but not as natural as 2 and 3. if anything i would use 1 with a teasing tone or sarcastic tone with a sigh like this recording.

all 3 pretty much the same spoken with even tone but might mean something else how you stress the words: a, the and her
