Sevirim isnt turkish word, maybe local way of saying some word. True grammar is seviyorum.

If you meant severim, it means i love (simple present tense) and seviyorum (present continues tense)

severim is more like a way of telling it in a narrative way whereas ''seviyorum'' is more common.
