I have butterflies in my stomach.
Do you guys use this often? Or is it very old expression?
In german it can be used for describing feelings before the relationships between boys and girls, what about english? Is that same or only for nervous?

It is and old phrase, but it is still being used. And it means the same in English, to describe that someone is in love of another person and it makes you feel your stomach weird.
- Korean
And does it also mean to describe nervous feelings before presentation or interview?

Yes, it can mean that too, so you can use it like that.
