@pacfl: "hear" is like "hearing, example: I can hear you."
"hear of" is like example: "I hear of something", but the correct term is "heard". example: "I heard of."
hear about is like examplw "I hear-d about something."
if you use 'hear of." It's best to use 'heard." with the d at the end. same with 'hear about.'
