How are you? = Piye kabare?
I'm fine = Aku apik-apik wae
Excuse me = Nuwun Sewu
Sorry = Ngapuro
Thank you = Matur nuwun
You're welcome = Padha-padha
Goodbye = Pamit
It's Ngoko there's no formal or informal. unless, it's Krama so it's different

there is no greeting in javanese such as "hello" or "hi"
if you want to greet someone, you can simply call her/him by her/his name.
However, in any circumstances, javanese can do using "Halo" for greeting. Like when you meet stranger (javanese) and you feel like wanna greet them, it is okay to say "halo."
otherwise, you can say, "monggo" especially when the person u greet is older.
For formal, it usually called "kromo" when you talk to older person,
informal's called "ngoko", when you talk to pals/friends
So,
How are you
(K) pripun kabare?
(Ng) piye kabare?
I'm fine
(K) sae sae mawon
(Ng) apik apik ae/ apik apik wae
Excuse me
(K) Kulo nuwun/ nyuwun sewu
Sorry
(K) Ngapurane / Sepurane
(Ng) Maafe
Thank you
(K) Matur Nuwun/ Matur Suwun
(Ng) Suwun
you're welcome
(K) Sami-sami
(Ng) podo-podo
Goodbye
(K) Badhe wangsul riyin
(Ng) Tak muleh dhisik
Both means ask permission to leave the venue or place, cuz I could not find the proper word for saying goodbye in javanese
There also this one aside from formal (kromo) and informal(Ngoko) there's this when you talk to youbher person. however, I forget what it call.
