Your sentence would be
"Nei takk, eg ser ikkje etter noko spesifikk/spesielt (special)."
but most just say.
"Nei (takk), eg berre ser"
(No (thank you), i am just looking).
you can say "Nei takk" but it fine just saying "Nei" just as long as your tone sounds like your saying "no thanks." and not "Nei !!" as in get away from me you freak 😊
