A more polite way to ask, is....do you have a contact? There is no need to use the word person because person and contact mean the same thing in this case.

@erik42: thank you. If and I hope you can helpme with this too, I can think in lots eays to ask the same but I'm looking for the most common or correct question. If I want to know whats the city and the state. Can I ask; What's the name of your city/state? thanks a lot.

It's usually more polite to ask indirectly, but that works. If I were me would ask... May I have your city and state?
