Not every one. I am a Chinese woman and I seldom do it. But yes I admit that I do it sometimes 😂. And it can be attractive because when girls pout, they are actually showing their weakness, and they want someone to comfort them.
For example, when a girl meets trouble in her company, she can whine and pout in front of her boyfriend, but it’s definitely silly to do that with her coworkers or even her boss.
