ain't is not a word in proper English, it is slang and considered ghetto or very informal. People who use this word are usually from the ghetto or from places considered very poor with little education. but younger generations use this word sometimes and it can mean "I don't" or "I'm not". an example could be " ain't nobody got time for that" or " I ain't gonna do that". It is very informal and means "nobody has time for that" and " I am not going to that"
