Answer Seven or eight years elder than me
They both sound correct but I would use older instead of elder. Elder is a person of greater age.
So it would be:
"Seven or eight years older than me." 頑張って!

Answer Seven or eight years elder than me
You have to say "older" instead of "elder." An elder is an elderly person; a noun, while "older" is a description; an adjective.
