全部の足の場合は、"My leg hurts." Foot pain のは別の意味です。:)

@usanchu72 はい、そうと思います。:)日本語で「足」とは、英語で「leg」か「foot」と言うので、どっちがよく分かりませんでした。
足の裏は英語で「foot pain」と言うのはいいと思います。
