not always there is some rules for each group of verbs.
eat يَأكُل
be eaten يُؤكَلْ
drink يَشْرَب
get drunk i think it has another meaning as a result of drinking beer or something like that.
be drunk = يُشْرَب
catch يُمسِك ب
get caught أُمسِكَ به
