Hei is more normal to say, heisann is very unusual. But you can use it like this
"Å Heisann jeg så deg ikke der" which mean something like
"oh hey I didn't see you there"
But they both mean hello/hi/hey
- Norwegian (bokmal)
Heisann is more informal than hei, it also depends on your dialect. There are many different ways to greet someone in the different dialects. Like in Bergen we can say "hallaien" instead ^^
