How do you hear lyrics when you listen to songs?
How crealy do you usually hear and understand lyrics?
Do lyrics matter ? Does it bother you listening to or enjoying songs, if the lyric sucks but the melody is still good?

@killjoy: It is really important if u wanna learn english...It is not enough to listen for songs...By the way u should know song's lyricks too... it will improve ur pronunciation... and also u will learn new words in english if u read the lyricks

If someone who speaks english told me something, I would understand perfectly.
However, that's different when we're talking about songs.
I mean, sometimes I understand a couple of sentences, but that's really rare. So I always google the lyrics; because they really matter to me.
So yes, it bothers me. If the lyrics suck, I will also hate the melody (even if it's catchy).
I love the lyrics of "The light behind your eyes" by My Chemical Romance (hold the tears 😭)
I would tell you more of my favourite lyrics, but I can't remember any of them right now. Sorry 😥
