'Scusa' è informale, puoi dirlo ad un amico, o comunque a una persona a cui dai del 'tu'. 'Scusi' è più formale e si usa con persone che non conosci, o persone più anziane, o professori/capi/etcetc..

say scusi as you push your way out of the tube train. say scusa as you steal someone's place in the queue. That's the Italian way. :)

@raymond904: I am Italian and you're right about Italians but Italian people are not all the same. I 've been living in UK for 7 months and I love it. I also noticed that we are really different in so many ways but I don't laugh at them! have a good day!
