Well, my family is from the Mexico City and we just buy it on the supermarket 😄 but my other family from Campeche do their own chocolate with a wood machine called "batidor"

really? maybe you can order one on internet and try it by yourself: ) ooooor I just remember the mom of my best friends do it normal but in the end she liquefy it so it will had the bubbles on top !
