Both NA (นะ) and LA (ล่ะ) we usually use it at the end of the sentences. However, NA is mean nothing. It makes the sentence feel soft or more informal. We use this word with our friends or someone we are close to them. For instance, Khob Khun Na (ขอบคุณนะ: Khob Khun = Thank you). NA also use in the sentences that we want someone to help, may be similar to "please". For example Pai Duay Kan Na (ไปด้วยกันนะ: Please go with me or please accompany me, Pai = Go, Duay = together). In case of LA, I think it commonly use in the question. Pai Nai La (ไปไหนหละ: where do you go? Pai =go Nai = where).
