I kinda know the reason you're now in a poor mood. なんで今気分が冴えないのか, なんとなく私にはわかるよ。 Does this sound natural?

A little unnatural
If you still would like to keep it informal. In my opinion, this would sound more natural:
"I kinda know the reason why you're in a bad mood".
Since you are talking in present tense you don't need the "now". It's still a little natural :)

Thank you for the corrections! I found the expressions : I'm in a poor mood . and I'm in a crap mood on the SNS posts written by some American SNS users living in LA. ( they are both early twenties. )
I would like to go for a casual expression here. I wonder if those expressions are not commonly used in the states.

I don't live in the states but I know that 'poor mood' isn't that common, 'crap mood' is more common.

Natural
@teahanwhitney: you are right. Crappy mood is most often used in informal situations and bad mood for formal situations.

I'd remove 'now', but I think poor sounds just fine.
