Ammm well,
Escrito is the right way of write the verb "written"
And escribido doesn't exist in our dictionary:)

Oh okay. But isn't that how you form the past participle?
Comer-> comido
Dormir-> dormido
Escribir-> escribido
Comer-> comido
Dormir-> dormido

The thing is that "escribir" is a irregular verb
That is why you can't use the same rule , like with the others

Yeah is like imprimir (print) is not imprimido, is impreso. That also applies for another verbs :)

There are some people who say "escribido" but the right thing is "escrito".

“Escribido” doesn’t exist :) lo correcto es escrito. Por ejemplo, yo he escrito un cuento.

"Escribido" isn't correct and it's used only in a ironic way or for a joke, it would be: "¿(tú) has escrito el ensayo?

Hay verbos que tienen dos participios pasado. Escrito y escribido. impreso e imprimido, pero en el caso de estos dos verbos la Real Academia de la Lengua ha desaconsejado el segundo uso, considerándolo obsoleto.

Estan bien construidos pero no se usan. Se consideran incorrectos las formas Imprimido y escribido. igual el verbo ver. Ver - Vido... esto es incorrecto. lo correcto es Ver = visto. En vez de imprimido = impreso. En vez de escribido = escrito.

como han comentado con anterioridad esta palabra forma parte de los arcaísmos del español tales como haiga y nadien etc .
imprimido está bien dicho. freído está bien dicho también

es cierto que actualmente al decir escribido puede resultar extraño pues la otra forma pertenece como se ha comentado a un español medieval en desuso ( ojo, no incorrecto )

puedes usar los verbos
imprimido, freído, proveído y escribido si así te parece bien justificando tus respuestas ante aquellos que intenten burlarse de tí.
