Terdapat terlalu banyak contoh bahawa manusia memusnahkan alam sekitar hanya utk faedah dirinya. Pd kebelakangan tahun ini, pencemaran air dan udara menjadi semakin teruk, sehingga membahayakan kesihatan manusia.
