Verb-ish derive from verbs yet you can use them in place of nouns, adjectives and adverbs
It consists of 3 groups:
👉🏻1. isim-fiil (masdar): [ noun-verbal: derive from verbs yet used in the place of nouns]
If you use these suffixes, the verb will be noun-verbal
-ma
-ış
-mak
For instance,
•Eve “gelmek” istemiyorum: I don’t want “to come” home
Gelmek: to come
Gel-mek
•Onun “ayrılışı” beni çok üzdü: “Going of him” made me so sad.
Ayrılmak: to leave
Ay(ı)r-ıl-ış

Ye-me
-> P.S: But some verb-ish’es became normal nouns:

👉🏻2. Sıfat-fiil (ortaç): [adjactive-verbal: derives from verbs, used in the place of adjectives]
Suffixes:

-ası

-ar
-dik

@NarjesKen then the answer is basically correct. The subsquent -ip is examined in the subject "fiilimsi", "verb-ish". It lets you turn a verb the noun, adjective or adverb. There are 3 highlights of it. verb-ish'es that turn it to noun, adverb or determiner. We call them noun-verb, adjective-verb or adverb-verb. In this case, its a adverb verb. You'll need it when you try to imply you did one thing that you done another thing. Like in the sophisticated's answer. If you can't understand it (it's very likely that i couldn't explained myself though) just let me know.

Noun-verb example: Bunu yapmak (-mak) için yeterince büyük değilsin. (You are not old enough to do this.)
Adjective-noun: Bana sınavda kötü yapmaz (-mez/maz) gibi geliyor. ( I dont think that he/she do bad at this exam.
Adverb-noun: Sen yaparken ben de burada durdum. (I stand here when you did that.)
In the first example yap is a core of a verb. It basically means do. The subsequent -mak turning it to doing. We can say its the equivalent of -ing in english in this subject.
In the second example i used the same verb with different fiilimsi. This subsequent adds a negativity.
In the third example adverb determined the time. It determined when did this happened. But we just use it to tell what we did in that time era.
