put إنَّ
How can you do that!
just make your sentence
الأسرة تقضي يوما سعيدا
إن الأسرة تقضي يوما سعيدا
So if you want to talk about the whole sentence " إن الأسرة تقضي يوما سعيدا"
It is جملة اسمية
if you want to talk about just " تقضي يوما سعيدا"
it is جملة فعلية

و باقي الجمله أتركها لك لتعربها، وأظن أن المبتدأ لا يأتي إلا في جملةٍ إسميه
وهكذا نفس إعراب الطفل يأكل التفاحه فهي جملة اسمية أيضاً
لا تبدأ الجمله الفعليه بمبتدأ أبداً وقطعاً
و كمثال
الطفل يأكل = اسميه
يأكل الطفل =فعليه
و كلامك عن إستخدام إن أو كان صحيح ولا غبار عليه
"تقصي يوماُ سعيداً "
ليست أسميه ورب الكعبه، فعليه لأنها أبتدت بفعل وفاعلها مستتر تقديره هي .
