It's a little unusual, though. I think I would rather say something like:
* Fijne dag morgen.
(Have a nice day tomorrow)

We don't say 'happy Friday'.
The only way you could say it, is when, earlier on in the week, you are referring to a specific event on Friday, and you say (while saying goodbye): En vrijdag een fijne dag he?
