When speaking to someone and I do not want to use khun คุณ as "you", what can I use instead? Is it acceptable to use แก or เธอ? Is it too informal?

เธอ is better. polite and not too formal.
แก use with close friends who say แก too.
or you can use her/his name instead khun.
