"ce"est plus poli que "ça". ce is more polite than ça. C'est une différence de registre de langue. Le sens est le même.

''ce'' n'est pas et ''ça'' n'est pas sont identique mais ''ça'' est un peu plus familier (pour parler a ses amis) exemples : Ça n'est pas possible d'y aller à pied
Et ''ce'' est plus poli il est utilisé pour parler a une personne que nous ne connaissons pas exemples : Ce n'est pas possible d'y aller à pied
