Would they accept to chat with me and train japanese language using the Line app? I made a resurch of apps to study conversation and most of them scared me because there were so many dangerous people that I deleted.

@Carol_AH: Since LINE is just an another communication tool, it could be convenient and dangerous at the same time. I'm not sure what danger you are thinking about though.
I don't think you would scare people unless you are trying to, but I must admit that there always be a possibility that you might come across some rude guys who want to flirt with you rather than studying language with you.
One thing you might want to notice is that many native speakers don't have enough knowledge about the grammar of their own language and you can't expect them to teach you as strict grammar as a professional teacher can teach. You can see an example answers of non professional if you go to my profile page.
You also can't expect them to answer to your message 24/7 because both of you are talking in your spare time.
So you should make it clear that you are looking for a serious language partner when you are going to introduce yourself. And since it's free for each other, it's a good idea for you to offer something too, like you can teach Portuguese instead or you can talk about the culture in your country, etc.
