我也觉得现实生活中并没有感觉得到很严重，主要是看周围环境吧。从身边来看，理科专业的大学或者公司还是存在女生属于奢侈品的现象(￣▽￣)。

我觉得是因为受过高等教育人群中女性逐渐增多，而在社会文化中提倡的是男性要比他的女伴更优秀，比如学历或者工资等各方面都要体现出来，否则旁人会觉得不般配。并不是说每一对夫妻、男女朋友都如此，可社会主流大抵如此。受过的教育层次越高，女生对男生的要求就越挑剔，于是造成了单身女青年越来越多的现象。
