Perhaps you mean みんな instead of みんあ.
みんな is people who are there or belong to a group.
だれも is everyone, including people out of the assumption.
例
みんなが知っている歌: a song you (the audience) know well.
誰もが知っている歌: a song everyone know well.

When ない follows after だれも, だれも means anybody.
だれも海に行かない。= Anybody doesn't go to the sea.
