Question about English (US)

SOME COLLEGES DO NOT ALLOW FRESHMEN WHO LIVE ON CAMPUS TO HAVE CARS. OTHER COLLEGES ALLOW ALL STUDENTS WHO LIVE ON CAMPUS TO HAVE CARS. WHICH POLICY DO YOU THINK IS BETTER FOR FRESHMEN AND WHY? GIVE SPECIFIC DETAILS AND EXAMPLES IN YOUR ANWER.

I think school should allow students who live in their campus. In a case of our town, we have no train in our town. So we need cars for just going to school or going shopping and so on. So we can't go anywhere without cars. Of course, we have public bus services but it's too inconvenient. And also I think young men and women should travel. Just it's ok to travel around our town. But just I mean we have many opportunities outside of our school. We should join a event that's held in other towns to make friends or just see new things. And we can experience many things and get new opportunities. That's why I support the opinion that they should have cars.
Does this sound natural?

I would appreciate you if you correct my answer.
