예측 불가능하다 = something is unpredictable
종잡을 수가 없어 = something is all over the map

@Chrislam131 예측 불가능 - usually for weather or results
변덕스러운 - usually for weather, but it could be used for someone (rude way)
종잡을 수 없는 - can't hardly catch someone's purpose but it's not often used
I prefer use "속마음을 모르겠다"
