Kippis is the Finnish word for "cheers". Some may also say "hölökynkölökyn" / "hölkynkölkyn" which is a bit more humorous way. Then there's also "tsin tsin" (apparently the Italian way) and "skål" (the Swedish way).
Or then we just say "____:lle!" (to ___) for example:
"pyrstölle!"
= to the (crayfish's) tail!

@omma: Thank you! I've heard "hölökynkölökyn" once before, however, I couldn't figure out on how to write it.. and it sounds really funny in Portuguese! Now, I know what to say when I'm drinking "Koskenkorva" with my Finnish colleagues. hehe.
