读法：两块九毛九
两的读音是liang（三声）
二的读音是er（四声）
一般我们说年龄和数字的时候用二：比如十二岁，十二
当我们说钱的时候，一般说：两块钱，但是十二块钱又说二了，所以还是要根据具体的语境

Use 两 when it is just 2. 二is used more often in 成语eg. 二话不说, 二人世界, or in maths 2.99 is 二点九九, one half is 二分之一。
