saying "it would be difficult" is like it will be difficult no matter what but if you say "it would be difficult but...." and so on and saying "it could be difficult" is like saying it might but it might not its like the word maybe you'll see some people say could you get me a snack but you wouldnt say it like that youd say can you get me a snack just an exsample of could and im not saying that korean or japanese ect all say could you so and so (which is usualy wrong) I see some americn anf native english speakers doing it too. for would you could use it like this "would you please be quiet" or "would you please pass me the salt" I hope this helped! good luck
