What does Solid Plan mean?

I explain my study plan and someone comments "Sounds like a solid plan. godspeed. ".

[godspeed] means "goodluck or wish your success". Right?
Question is, [Solid plan]. I think, it means "well-established plan" or "the plan that is difficult to archieve". Which one is close?
