「かなあ」は、自分の意見があるが、完全には自信がないときに使います。
「さ」は念押しや言い放ちの時、語調を整えるときなどに使います。
例
今度は失敗しないさ。(念押し)
そんなこと、無理さ。(言い放ち)
あのさ、昨日のことだけれどさ。(語調)
念押しと語調は「ね」と同じです。
