Rude is just disrespect. Like when you roll your eyes while someone is talking, that's rude.
Harsh (in this context) can also be like blunt, but it' is in a bad way. Sometimes in English, we have words like "only", "just", "kind of", etc. to soften the blow of a certain sentence. Being harsh is taking all those away.
"Just finish it all by Monday, okay?"
Sounds kinder than,
"Finish it by Monday."
which is harsher.

Rude -> mainly only for people: unkind, doesnt care about othersâ feelings

Harsh could mean:

Harsh irritating smoke filled the hallway.

She said some harsh words.

Murder deserves a harsh punishment.
Rude refers to bad behavior or just plain bad manners.
Dealing with rude customers makes me very unhappy.
