"unresponsible" isn't a word.
"Irresponsible" means someone who cannot be trusted with something/ does not take proper care over things. e.g., "I wouldn't let my son drive my car - he's far too irresponsible"
"Unresponsive" means not responding/reacting to something. e.g., "My son has hit his head. I've tried calling him and shaking him to wake him up, but he's unresponsive"
