the previous line is

The expression "silver spoon" comes from the idea that someone is wealthy and from the upper class due to their family and they are successful because of this.
"Some more examples of young men who simply need a silver suppository."
I haven't watched the film but from my understanding, this carries on from the previous line. If the person was born into a wealthy family, they would have a chance to do well. The "examples" means the men who would also have a chance to do well if they had a silver spoon.
