What does Makuha sa isang tingin, pambihirang ganda, kay hirap hagilapin. mean?
Hindi ko po maintindihan ang ibig sabihin nito. Please help me, I would really appreciate it.

Makuha sa tingin - for a kid it’s like if you are doing something bad and you’re mom doesn’t like what you are doing instead of her shouting at you or calling you she will just stare at you and you should know that she doesn’t like what you are doing and you need to stop
Pambihirang ganda - its like the beauty of a certain thing or person is unexplainable
Kay hirap hagilapin - its difficult to locate

Makuha ka sa tingin = is used when you are angry with someone and that someone does not stop pestering you. You are so angry so you just stare at that someone and say "Makuha ka sa tingin" to stop whatever that someone is doing to you that irritates you. (this should be always said with a glaring look.)
Pambihirang ganda = extraordinary beauty of (someone or something). Can be used in all contexts although this sounds archaic or poetic as this pattern is usually used in written language.
Kay hirap hagilapin = (It) is so hard to find. This pattern is mostly used for written language. In colloquial speech, "kay" (intensifier) is omitted and "hagilap" (find, search) does not sound natural so "hanap" (find) is used instead.
Colloquial counterpart: 1.) Ang hirap hanapin [ng (object)] "(object) is hard to find. 2.) Ang hirap-hirap hanapin [ng (object)] "(object) is so hard to find."
