I suppose it could mean to cancel the reservation. But I'd suggest it could mean to "pull up" the reservation too. Say you are talking to the hotel clerk at the desk and want to check in, or want to check out, or have a question about your reservation. He/she might say, "Sure. Let me pull up (pull) your reservation." (Call it up on the computer screen.)
However just saying "pull" would not be the normal way to say this.
